I won a Ring 2 Doorbell in a charity raffle about three years ago. My family finally was able to take it out of the box and install it because we were busy with personal health issues the last few years. It has a built-in battery. It does not charge sufficiently. Is there anything we can do to make this work? I am really upset over this.
