I was sick of the battery running out on my ring 2 doorbell so hard wired it. However when I try to go on the live view it still says low battery unable to start live view? Any ideas
Hi @Jon92! Although you’ve connected wires, if your battery is low the battery will still need to be charged to 100%. This way the hardwired charge can benefit the battery most by maintaining a charge. I hope this helps!
