At the beginning of the Covid pandemic my doorbell stopped working. Thinking the battery was out of charge, I exchanged batteries with a fully charged one but it still wouldn’t work. The camera itself just doesn’t turn on, no lights, no sound, nothing. I tried resetting but it doesn’t work. Is there a know issue with Ring 2 doorbells that presents this way?
