Hi, I have a Ring 2 doorbell which works fine, in fact great, I recently downloaded the software for using my PC instead of mobile., again works fine but the picture only shows for less than a minute before turning off. Is there any way of extending the time, I was hoping to watch the front door for something like an hour. I can’t see anything on the settings.
I’m having the same issue on the WIndows 10 app. It used to stay active for 10 minutes now it closes in 40 seconds. Customer service was no help except to suggest a hard reset. The live view stays active on my Samsung and iPhone so it’s likely a bug in the windows app that they won’t seem to acknowledge.
