Please help cannot rest my ring tried holding the orange button and still nothing the circle light is permanently on !!!
Hey @Jaspal. What color is the circle light? If it’s white and you have the unit hardwired, the light is showing white and a full circle because it indicates that it is hardwired and receiving power from the hardwired source.
