The rich notifications option is available in the ring app on my Ipad but not Iphone. I have deleted and reinsalled but the Iphone app never shows the “rich notification” option. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Hi @youflyifix. This feature is currently slow rolling out to all of our neighbors, so this would be why you have not seen this pop up as a feature on all of your devices. We appreciate your patience while we work to get it to all our neighbors for all of their devices!
