Rich notifications stopped working a month ago. Called tech support twice with no resolution. No change to phone, watch or internet service. Went through all troubleshooting for iPhone and cameras with no fix. The rich notifications pop up but with no snapshot. Anyone know what is causing it?
Hi @user58170. Which troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Additionally, can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing for the rich notification? Which version of the Ring app and iOS are you running?
