Rich notifications stopped again

In June of XXXX I posted about the rich notifications stopping on my desktop. It was determined that it was an issue that Ring needed to address and it was fixed.
The last several days, the rich notifications have again stopped. Is there a new glitch or something that can be fixed on Ring’s side? Thank you!

Hi @WMRing. There are no reports of rich notifications not working on the web app. I would recommend trying these basic troubleshooting steps to see if they help:
Verify your web browser is up-to-date with the latest updates available.
Disable and re-enable web push notifications on the web app.
Clear cache and cookies to see if it helps.
