What sort of time frame do I have, to review video-captured events, if I do not have Ring Protect subscription?
Hi there, @jsfrisbie! Without a Protect Plan subscription, no recordings are saved anywhere on your Ring account. The subscription is optional for those who want to have a recording feature. At Ring we value our neighbors privacy and security, thus no videos are saved without a subscription active.
When subscribed to a plan, you will have the option to view recordings in the Ring app for 60 days (if you are in the US). These recordings can also be individually saved externally. I hope this helps!
