Hi @zz572nova. Did you have a replacement sent out to you by our support team? If your previous device was deemed that it needed to be replaced, you will need to set up the new Ring Doorbell you receive from our support team in place of where your old Ring Doorbell was. Then, you will need to return the old Ring Doorbell as disclosed by our support team.
