Started this return procedure on 20th May
Needed to return the Ring doorbell I purchased
After 40 mins on web chat line I was assured a Returns label would be emailed to me within 48 hours
I phoned 50 hours later went through sanme procedure requesting return label
Have never received return label
Does this procedure actually exist!!
