Retrofit kit stopped working

So long story short. I got an automated message that my retrofit alarm kit went off when I was away. When I got home I replaced the batteries with new ones but noticed that the green led light was not blinking. Tried to reset the kit by pressing the button with the cover off and it didn’t help. Tried to reset the unit through the app and nothing worked either.
I am on self monitoring plan and wondering if I am eligible to get my alarm kit either repaired or sent a new one (since it has been less than a year since I bought it).
Please advise

I am just wondering how much more I need to wait before I get an answer from the support team?

Unfortunately, neither of proposed worked.
Got to chat with support and was told that I need to call :frowning: My experience with support has not been great so far.
And how is online support connected with physical spread of the virus? Just curious
