Retrieving motion video footage from 2 weeks ago with an active subscription

I have an active subscription with Ring and would like to retrieve motion footage from 2 weeks ago. However, I cannot go further than 1 week back in the calendar option under the selected camera on the Ring App. Is there some other way to retrieve this footage? Edit to add: I do have 60 day storage set up on video management.

Hi @User0683. Checking your Video Storage Time was an excellent step to take. You also want to double-check that your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update. Try also going to Ring.com and logging into your account to see if you can access your recordings that you cannot access in the Ring app. Let me know what happens.
