Retrieving footage when not subscribed

I had a 3 hour gap when not subscribed to ring protect (we just got the camera and our free trial had expired), and I had something stolen from my porch.

Is there any way to retrieve that one piece of motion footage?

The reason I subscribed was to “view the footage,” yet after subscribing it can now not be retrieved.

Hey @vancouverringprotect. Happy to help clear this up for you! Any videos and events stored into your history that were captured without an active recording subscription will automatically be deleted and not saved into your storage. In addition, any lapse in a plan will result in any previous videos in your event history being removed. We are unable to get these videos back for you as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
