Hi, I have just signed up for the basic plan however, is it possible to retrieve footage prior to when I signed up?
I understand if there is a cost associated with doing so, I would like to speak with someone if possible.
P.s. I called the Australian support l8ne and after waiting over 1.5 hours listening to on hold music I gave up.
Hi @Dave0304. Happy to help clear this up for you! Any videos and events stored into your history that were capture without an active recording subscription will automatically be deleted and not saved into your storage. In addition, any lapse in a plan will result in any previous videos in your event history being removed. We are unable to get these videos back for you as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused!
