How do I reset my old WI FI code with a new code

Hey @MM49. You can check the network your device is connected to under the Device Health page. You will go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health and then tap on Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. This will take you through a new setup to get the Doorbell back up and running. :slight_smile:
