My doorbell battery was flat. I charged it and now it isn’t recognised in my app. I have tried setting it up again but it’s says it is still registered to previous user. I am the only user as bought it new. Help
Hi @Annoyingdoorbell! Rather than trying a new setup in the Ring app, see if you can connect from the device health section. To do this, visit your Video Doorbell in the Ring app, select device health, and select connect to network. This should initiate the steps on reconnecting.
If the app is not appearing in your Ring app, please make sure you are logged in under the owner account on your mobile device and have the proper location selected in the Ring app. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
