Reset Wi-Fi password


Due to change of My internet provider , WiFi password has changed and now the Ring 2nd edition door bell does not work. the device health section does not have an option for changing WiFi password. What is the way around please?


Hi @user38101. Are you the owner of the Ring device, or a Shared User? If you change your WiFi network name and your WiFi password to your old one, the devices should come online. Check out this guide here for more information about connecting to WiFi.
