Requesting older videos

My father in law died suddenly several months ago and used to visit with us regularly. My ring history only appears to go back 2 months (mid August as I'm writing this). I'm pretty sure ring must retain videos older than that for several years for security and enforcement, so I was wondering that since I'm the owner could I request an archive of older videos? I'd be very happy to pay for the service of course. Thank you!
