Replay shows wrong day


strange thing happening with my elderly mums ring doorbell. I reviewed footage and it showed that the dustman came this morning but I know they came yesterday morning.

somehow the footage is showing as today when it occurred yesterday. But this seems to be the most recent footage available (I’m not going mad although it probably sounds as if I am).

anyone experienced this???

Hi @Vindi1967. The date should be showing correctly on the Event History and the video replay. Would you be able to share a screenshot of where it is showing the incorrect date in the Ring App? Additionally, I’d also recommend uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This will refresh your phone’s connection with the Ring App to ensure everything is displaying appropriately.
