Replacement Part

Still waiting for a replacement adapter for my alarm. Got an email in 7/7/22 and today 7/21 still no part alarm hasn’t worked since. Why does something so important take so long?

It’s gotten a little better, but there’s still a lot of supply chain issues still in the world. Likely it’s on back-order or just taking a long time to go from warehouse to you.
No one in these forums can check on your order for you, that’d be Support.
