I had the Elite version which is out of warranty and stopped working, I am looking for a replacement, does the latest Wired version fit in the sane box, if not is there any solution to make it fit?
@Teety No only another Elite will fit in the same back box. The other doorbells are installed totally differently/are surface mount and don’t use PoE. The Elite is well overdue for an update but at the moment its really your only choice. There is also no way to know that Ring will bring out a new Elite/PoE doorbell that will fit the same box. I suspect they might make any new PoE device a little easier to fit. I think your best option if you need a replacement now is just to get another Elite.
