Replacement device protection plan

Had to get a replacement ring door bell due to the microphone not working. How do I switch the protection plan over to my replacement device with out having to start a whole year subscription over?

Hey @Katiedid. If you have a Plus Plan on your account, you shouldn’t have to move anything over. If you had a Basic Plan for your old Doorbell, you should be able to go into My Plans after logging into to cancel the old Doorbell’s plan and then sign up for a new plan for the new Doorbell after.
