Replacement Base Station Adapter and Ethernet Cable

I am in need of help findi g and ordering a replacement base station adapter and ethernet cable for my ring station. I have call customer service and they seem to be very confused on what I am looking for. I really would like to get Ring products versus using 3rd party.

Hi @user77955. Can you clarify what a "Base Station Adapter is? If you can share a photo of what item this is, that’d really help me understand what specific part this is. For the ethernet cable, any standard ethernet cable will work.
