The power cord on my alarm base station appears to have gone bad. It suddenly went into battery back up. I borrowed my brother’s cord to check and it worked fine. Switched back and went into battery backup. Anyone know where I can purchase a replacement?

The Power Cord for the Alarm Base Station is not a typical item sold on Ring.com but you can contact Ring Support for help and a replacement part by telephone:

If it is on Ring Protection Plan “Plus”, it also maybe cover under the extended warranty too. Protect Plus Plan - includes an extended warranty which will extend your device’s original warranty. Once the original warranty expires, the device will be covered under Ring Protect Plus until you discontinue your subscription. For extended warranty coverage to apply to your Ring device, the device must be within its original warranty period when you subscribe to Ring Protect Plus. Once the original warranty expires, the device will be covered under Ring Protect Plus until you discontinue your subscription. Non-Ring and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty.
