Repeatedly lose connection

Our Ring doorbell (couple years old) will repeatedly go to a cellular signal and reconnect shortly afterwards throughout the day. Probably once per hour or more. Internet is otherwise working fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Denham24. There is no cellular signal available for your Doorbell, but if it is disconnected and reconnecting frequently there are a few things you can check. First, I'd suggest looking at your Doorbell's [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) to make sure it is within a good range as a high RSSI can cause your Ring to disconnect.
