Our doorbell disconnects itself far too often making it an ineffective security device. It still rings the chime (hardwired) but stops recording and the process to reconnect is too difficult and time consuming to be practical. We have made no changes. What are we doing wrong here?

    Hi @user44109. Frequent disconnects from wifi are typically signal strength related. Check the Device Health screen for your Doorbell in the Ring app and review the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) number. This is a measurement of how strong the signal to your Doorbell is. If the RSSI is high, this indicates a weak or unstable signal.
