Renewing Door Bell Pro!

Just been been trying to get my Pro to work with help from support to no avail! So ordered new Door Bell Wired. So in preparation for the new bell do i have to delete my existing one from the app if so how do i do it?

Hi @Alshamal. If you are no longer going to use your Doorbell Pro, you will want to remove it from your account. Follow these steps to do so:

  • Launch the Ring app.
  • Select the menu button (three lines, top left).
  • Tap Devices
  • Select your Video Doorbell.
  • Choose Device Settings.
  • Tap General Settings
  • Select Remove Device

Then you can proceed with setting up your new Ring Doorbell. :slightly_smiling_face:
