Hi @user26495. Having access to a Live View does not require any Protect Plan and should not ask you to add a Protect Plan. You may be tapping notifications that are trying to take you to a recording rather than a Live View. This means when the notification comes in, you may be tapping it thirty seconds to a minute later than when it actually came in. Therefore, it will try to take you to the recording rather than a Live View . If you do not have a Protection Plan, you can not access recordings. This Help Center article here has information on how to use a Live View. I hope this helps.
