We have 2 floodlight cameras at a remote location. We lost power for 36 hours and it fried our satellite modem. When we replaced that we used the same pasAll of the other devices reconnected to the wifi seamlessly. The two ring floodlight cameras are showing no wifi connection. What is the best way to get them working again?
Hi @joeking. If you go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > One of the Floodlight Cameras (go one at a time) > Device Health > Reconnect to Wifi. This will walk you through the steps to set it up again in the app, similar to the first time you would’ve set them up! Once that is complete, you should be all set.
