Im new to this Ring system and appliances. I live in Puerto Rico, and I have a new building installing RING cameras in New York. For the little information that I have, I need to be very close to the cameras in order to the app let me configure them.
Is there a way that this can be done with being physically onsite, and can be done from Puerto Rico?
Even vía VPN. I need help! I have this installation on Tuesday.
