Remember when notifications made sounds?

I’ve tried changing the sounds and adjusting everything and I cannot get it to make a ringtone or sound when there is movement. I get the notification (silently) but that doesn’t really help.

How do I get it to make a noise on my android phone again? I have a ring pro.

The notification sound no longer works. Any idea why?

Hey @jglazer63, could you try removing your Ring app from your phone, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling the app? This refreshes your notification preferences so you can get the sound back!
