Recently had extended internet outage and everything worked fine but Ring Floodcam Plus…Don’t have the original packing and the cam is sealed against the brick on outside of house so can’t access the QR on back Tried support but no luck…any options
Hi @Koufax32. You cannot bypass the PIN code in order to set up your Floodlight Cam Plus. If you do not have the slip of paper that contained it, it should be on the Camera. It will not be on the mounting plate that goes into the wall. It should be placed on the Camera itself, which shouldn’t be sealed against a wall. Would you be able to post a picture of how your Camera is mounted?
