Hi @user28232. Are you trying to sign up for a Ring account? Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app downloaded and that your phone’s operating software is fully updated as well. You can find more information on the importance of mobile device compatibility with the Ring app here. Additionally, any VPNs must be disabled as the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN.
