We have just got the ring doorbell and I have an annoying red dot that just will not go away
This was a huge issue over the last year and Ring claims it has been resolved with app updates. Have you ensured your app is the latest? Go to the app store and be sure it does not show there is a new update available. If you still see a red dot, you have to go to What’s New and go through all the new items for sale and only after clicking on them and going back will the red dot disappear.
