Red day image on Ring Spotlight Camera Wired (2nd Gen)

After 18 months of operation, my camera image suddenly turned red during all the day. I already unplugged it and plugged it back with no success. I did the reset procedure using the button on the top of the camera, and the image remained red.
After carefully hitting the right side of the camera, the image returned to normal. However, in the morning of the next day the image was red again. Looks like the night filter is screwing up.
What to do?
