Recovering video

Sorry, I’m being a bit dim. Does the 60 day storage/delete video cycle apply to unsubscribed accounts or all accounts. Can I, as a subscriber, access videos from December 2019 for example? Thank you for your help. Subscribed Video Recovery

Excellent question, @CliveEngland. The video recording storage time frame applies to accounts that are subscribed to a Protect Plan. Anytime there is not a subscription present (unsubscribed, cancelled, lapsed, etc) recordings are not saved, nor can old recordings be referenced/ recovered, even upon re-subscription.
