Has anyone had issues with the camera only recording about 2 sec then freezing? I have tried to change recoding length, checked wifi and everything seems ok???

Hi @user79809. Which Ring device are we working with, and what is the RSSI? You can find the device name and the RSSI on the Device Health page. Additionally, can you please share an example of a recording that is freezing after 2 seconds? You can use the share link generated in the Ring app, or upload the video to another website such as YouTube to share it here.
