Recordings freeze

Does anyone else have problems with recordings freezing. I have really powerful WiFi and the bell is about 6ft away from the router. Everytime it records someone the video freezes

Hi @007jimmy. What is the RSSI for this device? The RSSI can impact your video quality if it is too weak. If you are unsure how to find your RSSI, this Community post here will show you how to navigate there.
