Try the following steps to address your concern with your Cameras: - [Reboot the Cameras using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera). - Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. - Factory reset each Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on them for 20–25 seconds. Make sure you [reconnect them to your WiFi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) after the reset.
