Have 2 spotlight cameras and 1 wired doorbell. After charging the batteries for the spotlight cameras the recordings are too blurry to see anything but the live views are great, so it is not an issue with the lens being obstructed or dirty. The wired doorbell camera is the furthest away from our wifi router, so has a weak signal, yet the recordings are as clear as live view. I have no idea why the spotlight cameras are not working and the customer service number for the region I live in does not work. Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix this?
Hi @born2wrangle. Try the following steps to address your concern with your Cameras:
Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
Factory reset each Camera by pressing and holding the setup button on them for 20–25 seconds. Make sure you reconnect them to your WiFi after the reset.
