Recorded motions disappeared

My free trial is still active until tomorrow and have already set up payment for protect plan to start when free trial ends. I had multiple motions saved but these have just suddenly disappeared with no way to view them now

Hey @jexxicah. Where the Motion Events older than 60 days? It’s possible that they are no longer available, as recordings can only be stored for up to 60 days (in the US/CA). If this is not the case, I recommend contacting our support team so they can look into this. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. All my motion events disappeared except two days ago and I am a paid subscriber. As of now, the further I could go back is Jan 6, 2022. Contacted tech support but no one knows how to resolve the issue. Your tech support is useless. I am demanding refund on my subscription.
