I have a ring 3plus. I lost connection to internet so when I tried to connect it asks me for 5digit QR code. However I have 6 digit code on my battery and scanner won’t recognize it. Initially set it up last year no issue now what has changed. Any tips how to correct this ?
Hi @Simaticoo. Do you still have the original packaging that your Doorbell 3 Plus came in? You can find the QR code on the packaging as well as on the back of the Doorbell itself. If you don’t still have the packaging, then you’ll want to look on the back of the Doorbell for the QR code so you can scan it and complete the setup process. I hope that information helps.
