Reconnect Issues

I am trying to reconnect to my RING 2. Somehow I was logged out and when I tried multiple times to login or reconnect “Device is still registered to it’s Owner”. I am the Owner and used the same account but was not able to connect. I created a new password but still receiving same message. Anyone has this issue and resolved?
