When i replaced the battery I can no longer connect to my Ring spotlight camera

When I reset my spotlight cam, will I have to go through the set up proces


Hey @TheChosen1. Is your device powering up with the new battery, or are you unable to see any sign of life? For a device that is not powering up, it may be best to reach out to our support team here. If you’re able to put the device into setup mode while going through the reconnecting, please let us know in more detail what happens when you attempt to reconnect it to your wifi under the Device Health page.

Thank you for your reply, I accidentally did a factory reset so I had to go through the original setup process of again.

Same. nothing works. Happened before and I got a replacement. not good for a 3 month old camera
