reconnect after wifi password change

Team, having a challenge reconnecting my doorbell after a wifi network password change.

The instructions online are clear (picture 1). you just select ‘reconnect to wifi’. but i don’t have that option (picture 2)

Hey @MattM1. Are you listed as shared user or the owner of the Doorbell? If you are not the owner, this is why you cannot reconnect the device. Please ensure you are logged into the owner’s profile or have them reconnect the Doorbell so it can show back as online!
