Recoding only records visitor audio

Hi there. I only purchased and installed my Ring Wired Doorbell recently.
I noticed that when I watch back on recordings that the audio recorded is of the visitor only. Does it not pick up on my audio. All I get is a one way audio on the video.

Any help would be grateful.

Video connection concerns like this can often be caused by wifi signal interference. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
