Hi, I’m writing from Italy. I purchased RING BATTERY VIDEO DOORBELL PLUS. I don’t know how to charge the first time because I don’t have the plug-in charger. how can I do? can I connect to the smartphone charger? how many watts and amps? now I purchased the DIN transformer but I haven’t received it yet. can you help me? Thank you

Hi @user79926. Your Doorbell should have come with a USB charging cable to charge the battery. You can use any charging block, like the one for a smart phone, to plug the USB cable into to charge the battery.
