Different factors can affect how long the battery in your Doorbell lasts. These factors include how many events your Doorbell is recording, the weather, and how many hours of direct sunlight your Solar Charger is receiving each day.
I’d recommend reviewing the troubleshooting information in this Help Center article first. If your Doorbell is detecting a large number of events or is experiencing extremely cold weather, the battery may discharge faster than it can be trickle charged via the Solar Charger.
