Reception Problem

Hi I have a Ring Wire Free Video Doorbell the reception is slow to connect and some times breaks up how can i improve my reception

What is the RSSI from the Device Health screen in the Ring App? Are you receiving a specific message when trying to access the Live View, or does it take a while to connect?
