I am receiving notifications on my alexa but not my phone. Notifications are showing on my phone when I open the app but not telling me as it happens. I have the app set to tell me, not turned notifications off or anything. Any ideas please?
Hi @Kazamyben. Since notifications are coming through on one platform, and not the other, it leads me to believe that there may be some settings that need be adjusted. These Help Center articles have some great tips and tricks for iPhone and Android. I would start with this and see if that helps!
